Role Description
As a Construction Manager - CAPEX Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of industrial construction activities for multiple CAPEX projects. You will coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards, and drive projects to successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities - Supervise the on-site execution of several CAPEX construction projects, ensuring activities align with project scope, schedule, and safety standards. - Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during construction activities. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, particularly in sensitive areas like medium care zones. - Organize construction work, monitor progress, and oversee quality assurance and inspection processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to plan work activities and respond to technical and logistical challenges. - Maintain close contact with contractors, providing guidance and oversight on-site, typically spending 50-75% of the time on location. - Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently, with a focus on safety and hygiene.
