Renewable Energy Manager - Real Estate
As Renewable Energy Manager - Real Estate, you will be responsible for the development, management and optimization of renewable energy assets across the European real estate portfolio. This includes photovoltaic (PV) systems, EV charging infrastructure and other renewable energy initiatives. In this role, you will combine technical, commercial, financial and operational responsibilities to maximize asset performance and create long-term value.
About this position
- Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for renewable energy projects - Develop business cases and prepare investment proposals - Present investment opportunities to senior management and the Board of Directors - Manage the development of PV systems and EV charging infrastructure - Coordinate renewable energy projects from concept through implementation - Monitor and optimize the operational performance of renewable energy assets - Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) partners and contractors - Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses - Monitor financial performance, cash flow and project returns - Identify and mitigate operational, financial and regulatory risks - Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and industry standards - Prepare performance and compliance reports for management and stakeholders - Identify new renewable energy investment opportunities - Support due diligence activities for new investments
