Interim HR Project Officer / Generalist
Recruitment, HR Project coordination, data analytics, region: Randstad (NL) - Interim HR Project management regarding new business development in 5+ global projects/sites/countries - In strong, multicultural, dynamic, global setting - Competences: able to adapt and learn quickly, hands-on, pragmatic, strong analytical and numerical skills - Ca. 5+ years experience in international HR Project Generalist / Officer / HR Business Partner role - Key skills and experiences: - 33% recruitment. Experienced in recruitment of various profiles globally, up to GM level; - 33% data analytics (mainly working in excel and PowerPoint). Ability to work with excel files, detail orientation, good presentation and analytical skills; - 33% HR coordination. General HR: employee matters, HR libraries and file management, support middle level leaders in daily HR activities; - Assignment duration: 6-9 month; - Ca. 4 days a week - Start date: 1 or 15 October or perhaps mid September - Location: Head Office. Flexibility to work from home. We will provide laptop and IT needs. Restaurant (lunch, breakfast, coffee, refreshments) will be free and accessible same as for our employees.
