What your week looks likeas a Warehouse Manager - Plan and organize the weekly workload, set clear priorities and ensure smooth operational execution in line with KPI and rate expectations. - Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors to build high-performing and engaged teams. - Monitor performance, analyze deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. - Drive process standardization and continuous improvement using LEAN principles and GXO Warehousing System practices. - Coordinate workload planning, staffing levels and shift support to ensure a reliable and efficient operational flow. - Ensure full compliance with safety standards, legal requirements and GXO policies, promoting a strong safety-first culture. - Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of operational processes. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage with the customer on daily operational topics, while contributing to sustainability and efficiency initiatives. - You regularly meet and align with your Operations...
