The job
As a Recruiter at Atik Uitzendbureau, you play a key role in identifying and matching the right candidates to suitable positions across various industries. You will review applications, interview candidates, and work closely with our account managers to ensure each placement is a success. Your ability to build relationships and your attention to detail will make a real difference in the lives of our candidates and the growth of our clients.

You will regularly communicate with account managers to understand their needs and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Keeping our applicant tracking system up to date and maintaining a strong talent pipeline are also part of your daily responsibilities.
