In this internship, you will contribute to strengthening self-service experiences and preparing content for AI-powered support solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management, employee experience, content optimization, and digital transformation within a global organization.
Your assignment
Employees rely on HR knowledge content and self-service solutions to quickly find answers to their questions. During this internship, you will help improve the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of HR information for employees worldwide. You will analyze employee feedback, optimize content, and support initiatives that enhance AI readiness and digital self-service experiences.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve HR knowledge content. - Translate feedback insights into practical recommendations and content improvements. - Review and optimize knowledge articles for clarity, consistency, and usability. - Convert existing reference materials into searchable, user-friendly knowledge content. - Support content standardization initiatives and improve writing quality. - Assess knowledge articles against established quality guidelines and standards. - Contribute to preparing content for AI-enabled support experiences.
