Your Role
As a working foreman in the field, you will contribute to diverse hydraulic engineering projects across the Netherlands. Operating from your own fully equipped service van, you will actively perform welding, assembly, and construction tasks while simultaneously taking on a coordinating role on the work floor.
You act as the vital link between the shop floor and the project manager, ensuring operations run smoothly. You maintain an overview, coordinate activities, and provide guidance to colleagues where necessary. At the same time, you remain hands-on in the execution of our projects. One day the focus may be more on organization and coordination, while the next you are primarily focused on technical execution. It is this variety that makes this position so rewarding.
You will work at various locations, both in urban environments and remote areas, working from the shore or aboard our equipment.
