Do you enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where no day is the same? As a Sales Support Employee at Apacer, you play a key role in keeping orders, projects, and customer communication running smoothly. You are the main contact for distributors in your region and work closely with colleagues from sales, logistics, and finance to ensure everything is on track.
This is a varied role where coordination, customer contact, and teamwork come together. You keep overview, think proactively, and know how to switch quickly when priorities change. Thanks to your support, customers receive the best possible service and projects move forward successfully.
Your responbilities: - Manage and support an international distributor portfolio. - Follow up orders and projects from quotation to delivery. - Monitor pricing, availability, and lead times. - Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance. - Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication. - Keep overview and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
