Does identifying sales opportunities get you excited, and do you have the drive and sense of ownership of a true sales professional? What will you do:
You'll be assigned your own client portfolio, which you'll manage proactively from within the company: you'll be the primary point of contact and have commercial responsibility for your clients. When necessary, you'll occasionally drive out to visit a specific client yourself or coordinate with one of the field account managers. -
Account Management: You'll proactively reach out to customers in the Benelux, the DACH countries, and France. Based on a thorough assessment of their needs, you'll provide optimal service and translate CSG's added value into potential savings for your customers. -
Consultative Selling: Working closely with the R&D Team and the entire Sales Team, you proactively advise customers on products or services that are better suited to their needs or that complement their current offerings. -
Quotes: You assess your customers' needs, explore the options, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up on them by phone. -
Collaboration: If you have any questions about deliveries or any complaints, contact Customer Service right away to resolve the issue for the customer immediately. -
A Well-Oiled Machine: You prepare for your calls, share key customer information, and enter it into our CRM system. You proactively follow up on action items that arise from your conversations. -
