Support Services Manager

Landing Aquaculture designs and manufactures land-based farms and recirculation systems. We are a close-knit team of creative engineers and consultants who believe in doing things right. As lead of our Business Support team, you will work alongside the Finance Coordinator and HR Officer.

You are a good fit if you have:


* A background in finance, business administration or a combined business support and operations role.
* Around five years of experience in a management or senior coordination role within an SME or scale-up.
* The ability to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and management reports independently.


* A structured and persistent approach to completing tasks and following up with colleagues at all levels.
* Experience improving and implementing processes in a growing organization.
* Experience in a technical, production or industrial environment is a plus.
* Experience working closely with leadership or executive teams is an advantage.
* Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills, as well as strong numerical skills.
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Odoo is a plus.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the confidence to ask questions and take initiative.

We are looking for a permanent team member who wants a long-term employment relationship and to become part of the company. Freelance collaboration may be considered, but permanent employment is preferred.


Join Landing Aquaculture and take ownership of finance and business support in an ambitious aquaculture scale-up. We design and manufacture land-based farms and recirculation systems for international projects. Our close-knit team values integrity, clear communication and practical collaboration.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will lead two part-time colleagues, our Finance Coordinator and HR and Office Officer. You will own the annual budget, cash flow forecast, monthly reporting and weekly scorecard. You will monitor project budgets, flag deviations early and follow up on actions until completion. You will also support management with financial, HR and administrative insights, strengthen internal processes, oversee accurate administration and compliance, and help develop Odoo for finance and reporting.

You have a background in finance, business administration, or business support and operations, plus around five years of management or senior coordination experience in an SME or scale-up. You can independently create budgets, forecasts and reports, bring structure to a fast-moving environment and confidently follow up with colleagues at every level. Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills are required. ERP or Odoo experience and experience in a technical, production or industrial environment are advantages.

We offer a 24-hour contract over three days, hybrid work with 50 percent from home, a pension plan, 25 days of annual vacation on a full-time basis, prorated to 24 hours, and excellent equipment. The full-time equivalent salary is EUR 4,091 to EUR 4,862 gross per month, prorated to 24 hours, depending on experience.
