Are you an experienced team leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment? Are you comfortable working in a cold environment of around 4°C and ready to take an active role on the production floor? Then this could be your next challenge!
What do you do?
Do you have the ambition to be our Team Leader High Care?
- Lead and coach a team of 75-100 production employees - Ensure smooth and efficient production - Actively support the team on the production floor - Monitor quality, productivity, and food safety - Achieve daily production targets - Solve unexpected issues and make quick decisions - Support continuous improvement project
