Are you ready to take the next step in your production career? As an Assistant Team Leader High Care, you will support the team leaders, guide employees on the production floor, and help ensure that production runs smoothly and according to schedule.
What do you do?
Do you have the ambition to be our Assistant Team Leader High Care?
- Coordinate daily activities across multiple production lines and ensure good handovers - Guide, instruct, and motivate production employees - Monitor production planning, quality, hygiene, and safety - Ensure production lines are correctly set up and ready for the next order - Perform basic preventive maintenance - Support new employees during their onboarding - Help maintain HACCP, GMP, BRC, Food Defense, and safety standards - Think along with the team about process improvements
You will work 5 days per week in a 2-shift system: - Early shift: 06:30-15:30 - Late shift: 15:20-00:20
Flexibility is required as shifts may occasionally run longer during busy periods.
