Your Daily Action
In this role you will: - Manage and continuously improve key store operational processes such as and including inbound logistics, replenishment, ordering, and returns. - Monitor and analyse stock availability and accuracy across all Action stores, using data sets and dashboards to identify trends and constantly drive improvements - Act as the primary process and systems contact for store management, Regional Managers, Area Managers and Country Teams - translating operational issues into structured improvement actions - Create clear process documentation, manuals and training materials that enable store teams to work consistently and effectively - Visit stores, to validate processes on the ground, build relationships and gather first-hand insights - Work closely with Logistics, Commerce, IT and other stakeholders to implement process and system improvements and ensure day-to-day operational stability
