About the role
As our organized and hands-on Office Manager and People Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Amsterdam office, making sure facilities, supplies, and the daily working environment run smoothly for the whole team. Alongside this, you will take care of a set of core administrative HR tasks, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues on practical HR matters and supporting with contracts, absence administration, recruitment, and on- and offboarding.
This is a great fit for someone with several years of relevant experience who works independently and brings calm and overview to a fast-moving, informal scale-up environment.
You will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer.
