Your Role
As Product Owner, you will be the lynchpin between Development, Customer Success, our Compliance-as-a-Service team, the founders and our customers. Thanks to your proactive and strategic approach, you ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement while keeping the product vision clear for everyone.
What will you do? - Roadmap & strategy: You develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with business objectives and market demand. - Prioritization & backlog management: You determine which features to prioritize and manage the backlog so we can deliver value quickly. - Stakeholder Communications: You will ensure smooth, timely coordination between Development, Customer Success, Compliance, founders, country managers and customers. - Translate feedback: You turn customer insights into user stories and improvements. - Customer focus: You promote optimal user experience, monitor quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Who are you? - Experienced Product Owner, preferably in a start-up or scale-up. - Strong in roadmap management, prioritization and stakeholder management. - Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills. - Independent, proactive and passionate about impactful products. - Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Bonus points - Knowledge of AML or broader regulatory compliance. - Command of Dutch or another European language.
