Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you play a key role in the preparation and execution of complex offshore projects. You ensure your work are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and HSE standards. Depending on the department and type of project, your focus may vary: from managing operational and client-facing activities in commercial projects or driving technical innovation and vessel upgrades in non-commercial projects. Your responsibilities may include:

Department Capital Projects as part of Innovations Division - Engineering & Documentation: Coordinate technical documentation, drawings, and specifications; ensure quality and compliance. - Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed schedules from concept design until commissioning and testing and ensure proper progress reporting onsite. - Supplier Management: Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors for technical delivery and material supply. - Budget & Reporting: Monitor costs and man-hours; prepare accurate forecasts and reports. - HSE & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements throughout all project phases. - Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, asset mana...
