What you'll do - Partner with the Head of Automotive Components NAMEX and Leadership Team to support development, execution, and tracking of regional business strategies and growth initiatives. - Drive business performance management through governance of key KPIs, business reviews, executive reporting, and strategic action tracking. - Provide analytical insights and recommendations through financial, commercial, customer, and market analyses to support business decision-making. - Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for senior leadership. - Lead PMO activities for strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution. - Coordinate leadership team governance, business planning processes, and organizational communications, including town halls and management meetings. - Support acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic business development activities, including due diligence, integration governance, and synergy tracking as required. - Drive continuous improvement o...
