As a Manufacturing Process Technician you will be support the operation of semi-automated production lines within a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of production targets across various shifts.
- Operate on packaging or assembly lines in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring product quality and safety (folding boxes, applying labels, etc.) - Collaborate closely with colleagues and line leads to meet daily production goals - Escalate issues or deviations clearly and promptly to the line lead. - Take ownership of assigned tasks, follow procedures diligently, and escalate when necessary - Participate actively in shift handovers, ensuring seamless communication between teams - Complete all required training and certifications on time - Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards during all shifts
- 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or packaging environment (GMP/GDP) - Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures - Good command of English (verbal and written) - Strong team player with a responsible and proactive attitude - Structured, accurate, and quality-oriented in work
