Wat ga je doen?
As an Inside Sales Representative at Cordstrap, you develop existing customers in the United Kingdom and generate commercial growth. You use CRM, Power BI and customer insights to identify opportunities, approach customers at the right time and increase revenue.
You conduct consultative conversations about transport, logistics and supply chain. You look beyond price and advise customers on solutions that reduce damage, costs and inefficiencies. Cold acquisition is not part of this position.
Your responsibilities: - You manage and develop an extensive portfolio of existing customers in the United Kingdom; - You generate revenue growth by proactively approaching customers and converting commercial opportunities; - You conduct at least two hundred meaningful customer conversations per month; - You use CRM, Power BI and customer insights to set clear priorities; - You identify ordering patterns, growth opportunities and signals for customer reactivation; - You advise customers on solutions for transport, logistics and supply chain challenges; - You increase customer value by recommending suitable products and alternatives; - You process orders and coordinate technical or operational questions with internal specialists; - You take ownership of your KPIs, activities and commercial results...
