What will you do?
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for Jelle's day-to-day financial administration. You'll ensure that the records are accurate, monitor payment processes, and immediately flag any discrepancies in the figures.
You'll work independently, but you'll never be on your own. An external controller will review your work monthly, check your records, and provide support as needed. This gives you the freedom to work independently and continue to develop your skills.
Your duties will include: - Processing Purchase Invoices in Basecone - Monitoring the approval workflow and preparing payment cycles - Posting and Reconciliating Bank Transactions in Twinfield - Monitoring outstanding accounts receivable and contacting customers before the collection process begins - Importing journal entries for payroll and sales - Preparing the VAT return - Preparing tax payments and tracking due dates - Maintaining the holding company's records
