You're the familiar face who delivers a top performance every single day - on the road and with the customer. Thanks to your driving skills, flexibility and customer-focused attitude, shipments arrive safely and on time, across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
As an On-call Driver CE, you'll handle national and international one-day transports for Merpo Fashion Logistics. You're the face of our organization, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient deliveries with your positive approach. You work closely with planning and know how to navigate the hustle of a city center with ease.
In this role, you will: - Carry out national and international one-day transports - to destinations in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium - Deliver shipments on time and to the right location - with an eye for quality and customer satisfaction - Stay in close contact with planning - reporting any issues on the road right away - Flag opportunities for improvement - helping make our processes more efficient - Drive safely and independently - with the freedom to organize your own work - Represent Merpo Fashion Logistics - as the friendly face of our company
What we're looking for: - Work experience in the logistics industry - A valid CE driving license - A valid Code 95 certificate - Strong communication skills - Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility - Proficiency in Dutch and/or English and German - Some resilience under pressure - Living in or near Swalmen
