Hilversum , Netherlands Job Description Wat je gaat doen As a Production Operator, you make sure the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to quality standards. You operate and adjust machinery, monitor the production process and take action when something is not running as it should.Your responsibilities include: Setting up, operating and changing over production machines; Monitoring the production process and product quality; Performing quality checks and measurements; Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions; Carrying out basic first-line maintenance; Working according to safety, quality and production procedures; Keeping your workplace clean and organised; Working together with colleagues to achieve production targets; Thinking along about improvements to the production process.
