Platform Operations Specialist | Temporary Hilversum, reference 2026-01064 Job description Our client is looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to join its Digital Commerce team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution and readiness of digital product launches and seasonal assortments across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless consumer journey across digital platforms by coordinating product readiness, digital assets, inventory, launch activities, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position combines digital commerce operations, project coordination, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end operational execution of product launches across the assigned sport/category and EMEA markets. - Own seasonal assortment readiness, including third-party product portfolios, by leveraging business and operational insights. - Ensure accurate product activation, deactivation, grouping, attribution, and overall digital assortment readiness. - Coordinate the timely delivery of digital assets and inventory in partnership with Planning, Merchandising, Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams. - Support the development and execution of digital marketing and content plans, including email, online advertising, and other digital communication initiatives. - Assist digital producers, marketing leaders, and other stakeholders throughout the creative process, from concept development through launch. - Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal teams throughout the development and delivery of digital projects. - Identify potential operational risks and proactively develop mitigation plans in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. - Own and execute exclusive product launch experiences and digital activation initiatives designed to increase consumer engagement and demand. - Part...
