Information Security Officer (ISO)
Lead and continuously improve the organization's information security program to protect systems, data, and operations while supporting business goals, risk management, and regulatory compliance. - Define, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned to recognized frameworks. - Conduct risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and drive risk treatment plans with stakeholders. - Oversee security governance, metrics, reporting, and executive communication. - Manage incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews. - Coordinate vulnerability management, security monitoring, and remediation tracking. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual security requirements. - Partner with IT and engineering on secure architecture, change management, and security-by-design practices. - Lead security awareness training and promote a strong security culture. - Support third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, and security assessments. Required skills and qualifications - Security leadership: proven ability to build programs, influence stakeholders, and set priorities. - Risk and compliance: experience with audits, controls, and governance processes. - Technical security: knowledge of networks, identity and access management, cloud security, and endpoint protection. - Incident management: hands-on experience coordinating investigations and response workflows. - Communication: clear reporting for technical and non-technical audiences...
