As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring that everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You will lead and support a team of warehouse employees, monitor daily performance, and make sure that tasks are completed correctly and according to company procedures. You will also work closely with supervisors, warehouse operators, temporary employment agencies, and transport partners.
Your responsibilities include: - Following SOPs and safety procedures - Monitoring performance and reporting deviations to the Warehouse Supervisor - Supporting the team during busy periods - Participating in LEAN meetings and continuous improvement projects - Identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements - Ensuring correct processing of goods and documentation - Motivating, coaching, and supporting your team
