Are you ready to grow your career in sales in a dynamic international environment? As a Junior Sales Development Representative (gn) at Unite, you'll help build the foundation of our new-business pipeline for the Netherlands and Belgium. Working closely with the Senior Account Executive, you'll research relevant organisations and stakeholders, conduct targeted outbound outreach, qualify leads and start meaningful conversations with potential customers.
You'll begin by taking ownership of the first part of the sales process, including lead research, outreach, qualification, initial conversations and, where appropriate, first-look platform demos. You'll support our Account Executives with lead qualification and the handover of relevant opportunities. As you develop your skills and demonstrate success, you'll gradually take on broader responsibility for opportunities and customer conversations, with the opportunity to grow toward a full-cycle new-business sales role over time.
