We are looking for an online Merchandiser, Menswear Outerwear to join an international fashion brand based in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the category strategy and building commercially successful menswear outerwear assortments across multiple channels. Working closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, Buying, and Planning, you will use consumer, market, and business insights to identify opportunities, analyse performance, and help shape future seasonal collections. You will play a key role in delivering growth, profitability, and strong product assortments that reflect the brand's DNA.

Your key responsibilities in this role are to: - Develop and execute the menswear outerwear category strategy across multiple channels; - Analyze consumer, market, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. - Build commercially successful seasonal assortments that meet sales, profitability, and brand objective; - Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, Buying, and Planning; - Monitor and optimize category performance and KPIs, while managing multiple seasons and projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is/has: - 5+ years of experience in merchandising or buying, preferably within menswear outerwear; - Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a proven track record of delivering against key business KPIs; - Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business insights; - Strong communication and collabo...
