Work as a machine operator in Warmenhuizen in a close-knit team, using modern machines to create fresh, tasty products. You keep an eye on the production process and make sure your workplace stays safe and clean. Teamwork, quality and development are key.
About the function
As a machine operator, you start your day by starting up and setting up your machine. You check that everything is running smoothly and keep an overview while products are packed, weighed and checked. Is there an issue? You solve minor malfunctions yourself or call the technical team when needed. Together with your colleagues on the line, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You also carry out quality checks, refill packaging materials and clean the machine at the end of your shift. The work is varied, with fixed shift times, including weekends.
You work in a 2-shift system. The day shift starts between 06:00 and 07:00 and ends between 15:00 and 16:00. The evening shift starts between 15:00 and 16:00 and ends between 00:00 and 01:00. On top of your salary, you can expect an average shift allowance of 125% per hour.
