Are you an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in VAT and finance? Then apply now and join us as our new VAT Intern in our Hoofddorp office starting October 2026 !
In this internship, you will be part of the VAT team , within our Finance organization. Our purpose is to ensure VAT compliance and support the business in navigating indirect tax requirements across multiple markets. During this internship, you will collaborate with Finance, Tax, and business teams and support VAT compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities include: - Support the VAT team during a temporary period with day‑to‑day VAT compliance activities. - Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and EC Sales Lists (ESL). - Help ensure all VAT filings are completed accurately and on time. - Provide support in gathering and organizing documentation for audits and internal reviews. - Contribute to maintaining the quality and consistency of VAT reporting. - Assist the team during peak periods and help improve efficiency of recurring processes.
