This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys bringing people together, connecting disciplines, and creating the conditions for technical excellence. You are not leading projects, but building a team that does so. you are helping shape the future of automation within Allseas.

As Lead Engineer, you are the technical and organizational glue within the Automation Team. You foster collaboration, create alignment, and ensure that engineering efforts contribute to a shared vision. You are curious by nature, eager to understand both the technical details and the broader context, and motivated to help others succeed.
You work closely with engineers, project teams, stakeholders, and department leadership to establish priorities, maintain technical quality, and continuously improve the way the team operates. You help create a long-term direction for automation within the Systems Department while ensuring that day-to-day engineering activities move the team towards that vision.
