Restaurant Delhi-cious in Diemen is looking for an independent chef -- (1)To prepare, prepare and
present authentic Indian dishes with craftsmanship and creativity with a masterful hand and
creative flair(2)Customize independently or in a team, from innovative menu items and/or
seasonal specialties with respect to the rich culinary traditions that are at the heart of Indian
Capturing flavor's. (3)Ensuring the value in quality and hygiene standards (HACCP), freshness of
all ingredients, with attention to detail and meticulous preparations and cooking techniques.
(4)Coordinate and monitor daily kitchen activities, such as organizing a smooth cooking facility for
efficient service, in collaboration with the kitchen brigade for a seamless guest experience. -- JOB
REQUIREMENTS -- (1)You have demonstrable work experience and you want to work in an Indian
restaurant (2)You have at least followed/completed chef training (level 3 or higher)(3)You are
creative and innovative with a passion for creating tasteful sophisticated, excellent and authentic
Indian dishes with a contemporary modern twist and creative approach (4)You are stress resistant
and able to shine under pressure, with an eye for detail and strive for culinary perfection (5)You
