About the Role
Reporting to the VP, CFO Global Cocoa, this position is the right hand of the VP, Cocoa Manufacturing, driving the decision-making process by focusing on the financial performance of operations as well as supply chain. It aims at originating and implementing growth opportunities and value for Global Cocoa on manufacturing costs and operational efficiency. It also supports financial reporting, planning and analysis, including "make or buy" deep dives. This position is a key player in shaping the mid and long-term strategy of Global Cocoa with respect to footprint and cost leadership.
