who you are
To start working as an assembly worker at DAF Trucks, you recognize yourself in the following profile: - You speak Dutch or English - You are available 40 hours per week - You are willing to work in Eindhoven - You are available to work in 2 shifts (07:00 to 15:30 and 15:30 to 00:00) - You are physically able to lift parts weighing up to 20 kilos - You have technical work experience or a strong technical aptitude - This is your first job at DAF
Together, you will transform a bare chassis or engine block into a complete, ready-to-drive DAF truck. Your tasks will include: - Mounting crucial parts such as the crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, or gearbox. - Installing the engine into the chassis, mounting the tires, and placing the cabin onto the chassis. - Working with various advanced tools and machinery at a dynamic and fast pace.
