Salary of €13.87 gross per hour;
Work hours from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.;
Night shift premium of 20%;
Cold storage premium of €1.44;
What are you going to do?
As an order picker, you're actively involved in the entire logistics process within the warehouse. How do you keep these logistics running smoothly? You do this by processing incoming orders using an order list. Using this order list, you gather all the products the customer has ordered and then pack everything neatly. Once all the products are packed, you stack all the boxes on a pallet and seal it securely. Finally, you make sure the packing slips are placed on the prepared pallets so the driver can deliver them to customers along his route.
The work as an order picker takes place in a large freezer room. Asiatico will provide you with the appropriate clothing. You'll also work in pairs to ensure the work is done as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
Of course, you don't do it all on your own. Together with the entire logistics team-which includes your fellow order pickers, team leader, and logistics manager-you make it happen. You also have colleagues in the office.
