My Jewellery is growing fast: with over 1000 colleagues and 60 boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, and new markets on the horizon. Performance marketing is ready for the next phase: from good to sharp. You build that structure. You lead a team, manage multimillion budgets across multiple countries and channels, and ensure that performance and brand strengthen each other to achieve commercial results.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you define the strategy for SEA, paid social, affiliates, and display. You stay close enough to the execution to know what works and where opportunities lie. You focus on incrementality and know when data provides enough direction to make decisions at country, category, and channel levels.
You make our paid channels smarter with AI-driven automation and translate this into the team's daily work. Thinking internationally comes naturally to you. You understand the dynamics of mature and growing markets and know how to achieve scale without losing sight of the brand.
Additionally, you work closely with colleagues from E-commerce, Retail, and Purchasing. You think from a commercial results perspective and naturally build bridges between teams to collectively make a greater impact. Your responsibilities -
You develop and implement the performance marketing strategy for SEA, paid social, affiliates, and display; -
