What are you going to do?
As Catering Manager, you have ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day catering operations within Kasteel Limbricht. You manage several supervisors who are active in operations and ensure that they lead their teams strongly, independently and with enthusiasm. You are visible on the floor, know what is going on and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
Your main focus is on: - Developing and improving people - Monitoring and enhancing the guest experience - Creating calm, structure and clarity in the operation
You know when to coach and when to steer. You make decisions, hold people accountable and ensure agreements are met - always with the aim of improving together.
Your responsibilities - Managing, coaching and developing multiple managers and employees - Ultimately responsible for the daily catering operation - Ensuring an optimal guest experience, fitting the castle's image - Monitoring quality, service, staff scheduling and costs - Being actively present on the shop floor and setting a good example - Identifying areas for improvement and actually implementing them - Helping to build a strong, motivated and professional team
