We are looking for a sales colleague!
The real estate agents and advisors in our new construction department are specialists who provide guidance throughout a specific buying or renting process. Among other things, they make "complex" construction drawings clear and legible, navigate the legal process regarding construction deadlines and various contractual documents, and answer numerous questions regarding, for example, additional work. To support this department, we are seeking a Commercial Inside Sales Representative.
What does a sales representative do?
The sales or rental process must run smoothly. Good administration and back office are therefore very important. As a commercial employee, you are the first point of contact when the phone rings or visitors come in. You ensure registration of potential interest in a project, help with pre-sale, actual sales and guidance afterwards. You also take care of email and mail handling, drawing up purchase and/or construction agreements, reports to clients, project presentations and are available at the start of sales (even if this is on a Saturday).

Someone Someone who is ambitious and wants to master the new construction specialization. Someone who is social and helpful and enjoys being challenged. Someone with accurate administrative skills who thinks commercially. Someone who has a good command of spoken and written Dutch and English, is computer literate, and has an interest in the new. An initiator who is stress-resistant and can work accurately and independently.
