Great recruitment starts long before a vacancy opens. It means understanding where the business is going, anticipating the talent it will need, and helping leaders make confident hiring decisions. As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own recruitment for your business area and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, directors, and HR Business Partners. You will challenge assumptions, build proactive talent pipelines, and help shape the future of Talent Acquisition within our Central Head Office organization.
Our Talent Acquisition team is evolving towards a more proactive and strategic model. We are strengthening our sourcing capabilities, building sustainable talent pipelines, and partnering more closely with the business.

Your team
You will join a team of around 10 Talent Acquisition professionals, responsible for recruitment across Central Head Office, Campus, and Customer Relations.
The team is based in Amsterdam. We predominantly work from the office because we value being together: sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and staying closely connected to the business and one another.
