As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll chat with Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, or chat, helping them with their questions and requests. If they run into a problem, you’ll be the friendly hero who finds a personalised solution. Your daily tasks include: Answer calls, emails, and chat messages with a smile. Figure out what customers need and provide the right support. Keep track of conversations in the system. No customer service experience? No worries! You’ll get full paid training to learn everything you need. Since you’ll join an international team, a good level of English will help you feel right at home. You’ll complete training online, meet your new team virtually, and work comfortably from home while still being part of a positive, dynamic environment.
