Fancom, a Dutch specialist in automation for pig and poultry farms, is looking for a Sales Agent to develop its business across Southeast Asia. In this role you represent Fancom in Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam, build relationships with farmers, integrators and dealers, and turn market opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
What are you going to do?
As Sales Agent for Fancom, you are the primary commercial contact between the company and its customers in your territory. You promote Fancom's climate control, feeding and data management systems, generate and follow up on opportunities, and work toward agreed annual sales targets while keeping Fancom informed of what is happening in the market.
Tasks and responsibilities: - Represent Fancom as the primary commercial contact for customers across Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam - Identify, develop and maintain customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities - Promote Fancom's systems and increase market awareness within the territory - Solicit enquiries, requests for quotation and orders, and forward them to Fancom promptly - Work toward the agreed annual sales targets for your territory - Monitor market developments, competitor activity and customer needs, and report monthly on activity, trends and opportunities - Support customers throughout the sales process and handle enquiries and complaints without delay - Assess customer creditworthiness and support the collection of overdue payments where required - Represent Fancom at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events, and keep your product and market knowledge current
