Offer top-class service to KLM travel agencies
As a Customer Service Advisor in Amsterdam, you are the main point of contact for travel agencies reaching out on behalf of their customers. By phone, you will assist with a wide range of questions regarding bookings, flights, baggage and upgrades. You listen carefully, think proactively and provide the best possible solution. In this role, you contribute to a smooth travel experience every day while adding a globally recognized airline brand to your CV.

With your clear communication and customer-focused approach, you ensure that travel agencies receive fast and effective support. A professional working environment
You will start on November 2 and receive an extensive 8-week training, which will take place fully on-site in Amsterdam-West. After your training, you will work in a professional and collaborative environment where you have plenty of room to develop yourself. You will work Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. The position is available for 32, 36 or 40 hours per week, and you will receive a direct contract with the client.
