As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing assigned client accounts in alignment with the ABCD account plan. You act as a trusted partner to clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, increase market share, and drive business growth.
Your tasks include: - Working based on the account plan created for ABCD clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and structured growth. - Monitoring and evaluating client-related KPIs. - Conducting client evaluations to understand their needs and potential for growth. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. - Keeping accurate records of all client interactions in Mysolution, such as emails, calls, client visits, and contracts. - Increasing market share and profitability within the existing client portfolio. - Sharing relevant market insights and innovations with clients. - Working closely with internal Charlie works teams to align client needs and service delivery. - Negotiating pricing agreements with existing clients. - Proactively re-engaging former customers to increase satisfaction and revenue.
Job Requirements
- You possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - You are communicatively strong, with an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. - You have experience in a similar role in the staffing or related industry. - You prioritize customer interests while not losing sight of business interests. - You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both clients and your (sales) colleagues. - Yo...
