What do we offer? - A competitive salary of €15.97 per hour. If you are offered a contract, your salary may be increased to €16.47. For long-term assignments, you can even earn up to €18.50 per hour; - Working hours: from 07:30 to 16:00; - Overtime allowance of 125%, Saturday allowance of 150%, and Sunday allowance of 180%; - Prospect of a permanent contract after 6 months; - 2 weeks of vacation in August; - Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer from the 1st kilometer; - You have a one-hour break per day, of which the first 30 minutes are paid; - Opportunities to contribute ideas for process improvements and to further develop yourself; - Working in an enthusiastic team where cooperation and a positive working atmosphere are important.
What will you do?
As a production operator, you will carry out standardized tasks on semi-finished and finished products within the medical sector. You will operate machines and tools according to established procedures, maintain a clean workplace, and identify improvement points. In addition, you will master routine production steps and understand how malfunctions can affect product quality.
