Are you customer-oriented and interested in working in a fast-paced, international, and diverse environment? We are a global manufacturing company looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team.
This is an office based role based either in Eindhoven, the Netherlands or Timisoara, Romania at the Isho Offices.
What You Will Do
- Build trust-based partnerships with customers and colleagues, acting with integrity and respect in every interaction. - Proactively communicate relevant updates to customers, helping to manage expectations and offering suitable solutions whenever possible. - Review backlogs and forecasts to support customers in reaching their operational and business goals. - Coordinate special shipping arrangements with manufacturing divisions, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfilment. - Collaborate closely with your peers and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders - including customers, Sales, Global Planning, production plants, and warehouses worldwide - to support the successful fulfilment of customer orders. - Take ownership of the end-to-end process by gathering feedback, analyzing cases, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer interaction.
