Job Summary
Supermicro is looking for an IT Support Engineer who will support us in providing technical assistance, resolving hardware/software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Core tasks include troubleshooting, user management, software installation, network configuration, and managing service tickets to ensure minimal downtime for staff.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new laptops and desktop computers. - Provide excellent customer service to users including responding to and resolving requests related to hardware and software assistance, telephony services, account creating and entitlements, and other general IT support. - Setup and install computer peripherals like monitors, network printers and scanners; Responsible for Hardware/software installations. - Identify and troubleshoot network issues. - Windows AD administration. - Responsible for server maintenance and network setup maintenance.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a technical desktop support role preferred. - MBO in IT related fields. - English is required, Dutch is a pro. - Servic...
