In a workshop environment, precision and consistency define every product. We are looking for experienced Production Carpenters to join a specialized woodworking production company in the Netherlands.
What are you going to do?
As a Workshop Carpenter - Wooden Frames & Windows, you will work in a modern production environment manufacturing high-quality wooden façade elements. This role is fully workshop-based - there is no on-site construction work . You will focus on precision, craftsmanship, and consistent quality while working from technical drawings.
Your main tasks include: - Producing wooden frames, windows, doors, and façade elements - Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions - Assembling, fitting, and finishing wooden components - Working with professional woodworking machines and hand tools - Checking dimensions and quality of finished products - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment
What can you expect from us?
Employment conditions - Gross hourly wage between €14.71 - €16.00, depending on experience - Net salary approximately €450 - €550 per week, based on a 37.5-hour working week - Weekly salary payments - Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation
