As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Front Office and ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome. You provide them with all the information they need and surprise them every time with your smile. Additionally, you motivate and coach the team with great enthusiasm, ensuring everyone is ready to deliver the top-tier service our guests have come to expect. Furthermore, the Front Office Manager can always count on you to assist with scheduling, handling communication (to guests and colleagues), and contributing ideas for the daily operations at the Front Office. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality, and with your creative ideas, you surprise our guests and exceed their expectations! Where will you work?
The practice building is centrally located in Almere Poort and is easily accessible from Almere city and Amsterdam. You can visit this practice for a wide range of dental treatments. We stand for quality and choose to work only with the best materials and equipment.
