Kitchen Assistant

The Position
As an independent kitchen staff member, you're the beating heart of our kitchen. During events, tournaments, and parties, you'll personally ensure that our guests enjoy superbly prepared buffets, lunches, and dinners. You'll work independently and make sure that preparation, presentation, and service run smoothly.
Are there no major events scheduled? Even then, you won't be sitting around! You'll assist with daily kitchen operations and help prepare fresh soups, sauces, and our popular daily specials. You'll also ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience: You have proven work experience in a professional kitchen and are able to work completely independently. - Independence: You are able to prepare buffets and meals without supervision and serve them professionally. - Flexibility: You are flexible in terms of your availability. Since events also take place in the evenings and on weekends, you have no problem working during these times. - Quality & Hygiene: You work neatly, are familiar with hygiene regulations (HACCP), and have a keen eye for quality and presentation.
