We are looking for a driven Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar position within a recruitment or employment agency . In this role, you will take an active role in the recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and help identify the right talent for international employment opportunities. - Proactively source, approach, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks - Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and accurately process applications in the ATS - Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews - Assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and suitability for available positions - Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates - Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience - Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates - Coordinate and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process - Take an active role in achieving recruitment targets and KPIs - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the continuous development of our service - You have at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar position within a recruitment or employment agency in the Netherlands - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills - You are proactive, independent, and results-driven - You have experience sourcing candidates through social media, LinkedIn, job b...
