Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our Warsaw-based team, combining strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in new technologies.
In this role, you will help shape the Total Rewards strategy for the region and actively support the AI transformation of our HR processes.

Your tasks:
- Build cost models, salary budget simulations, pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. - Implement and develop AI based tools and solutions in Total Rewards processes. - Run salary reviews, market analyses and benchmarks (e.g. Mercer) and recommend actions based on the results. - Design, analyze and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across European countries. - Work with HR, Finance and IT teams on the digital transformation of compensation processes. - Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for regional leadership. - Advise HR Business Partners and managers on pay, bonus and benefits topics. - Take part in global projects such as salary structure reviews, recognition programs and long-term incentive plans.
This role gives you a real influence on the Total Rewards strategy across the region.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including work in an international environment. - Very strong analytical skills, comfort with large data sets and the ability to turn data into business insights. - Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical and visualization tools. - Hands-on experience with, or a ...
